REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all professional services offered by Trident Creative Labs Partnership (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website https://tridentcreativelabs.com/ and related communications. Our services include, but are not limited to, photo editing, creative design, animation, digital marketing, videography, photography, event management, BPO services, and other customized creative solutions.
1. SERVICE NATURE & CLIENT UNDERSTANDING
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that Trident Creative Labs Partnership provides customized and creative service deliverables that often require significant time, expertise, and resource allocation. Service outcomes are inherently subjective and depend on creative collaboration between the client and our team.
2. REFUND POLICY
Due to the customized nature of our services:
2.1 Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for services are non-refundable once:

Work has commenced, or
-
Deliverables have been shared with the client, or
-
Any creative development or operational effort has been undertaken.
This includes, without limitation:

Advance deposits
-
Milestone payments
-
Final payments
2.2 Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be considered only in rare and exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, such as:

Documented service delivery errors directly attributable to Trident Creative Labs Partnership, and
-
The client has provided clear corrective feedback that could not be reasonably addressed within agreed revision limits.
Any partial refund granted will be evaluated based on work completed and resources expended at the time of cancellation.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Project Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a refund may be processed after deducting:

3.2 Project Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If cancellation occurs after work has commenced:

Payments received to date are not refundable

The client will be invoiced for all work delivered and resources allocated up to the effective cancellation date.
4. SERVICE DELIVERABLES & OWNERSHIP
Ownership of all creative assets, drafts, designs, and deliverables produced up to the point of cancellation remain the property of Trident Creative Labs Partnership until full payment is made for the work completed.
The client will be granted access to deliverables only when payments are complete and no outstanding dues remain.
5. DELAYS DUE TO CLIENT ACTION OR INACTION
If project delivery is delayed because the client:

Does not provide required content

Does not approve drafts
-
Does not respond to communication requests
No refunds will be issued. Projects may be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply for extended delays.
6. REVISION POLICY
We include a predefined number of revisions for each service engagement, as described in your proposal or agreement. Requests for changes beyond the agreed revision count may incur additional charges.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to:

Changes in client preference after approval

Subjective feedback once deliverables are finalized within revision limits
7. PAYMENT DISPUTES
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or dispute payments without first attempting to resolve any issues directly with us.
Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in:

Immediate suspension of services

Legal recovery actions

Withholding of deliverables
8. EXCEPTIONS / SPECIAL CASES
In exceptional cases where a refund request may be warranted (e.g., technical failures, documented breach of service terms), Trident Creative Labs Partnership will review the request on a case-by-case basis and issue any refund solely at our discretion.
